ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
- Abstracts should be submitted using the online system only. Submissions by email or any other means will NOT be accepted.
- Abstracts are accepted in English, spelling with accurate grammar and spelling suitable for publication.
- Authors while submitting will be asked to express their preference for Oral or Poster presentation.
- Abstracts can be submitted for one of the following topics.
– Viral Diseases of Poultry
– Bacterial and Mycoplasma Infections
– Antimicrobial Resistance and Alternatives to Antibiotics
– Immunosuppressive Diseases
– Parasitic and Fungal Diseases
– Molecular Epidemiology and Phylogenetics
– Vaccination and Biosecurity Strategies
– Gut Health and Performance
– Emerging and Re-emerging Diseases
– One Health and Zoonotic Risks
– Diagnostic Innovations and Digital Technologies
– Role of Feed Additives in Economic and Sustainable Poultry Production
– Future Prospects, Objectives, and Limitations of International Poultry Trade
– Improving Product Quality and Safety
– Poultry Nutrition
– Poultry Production and Management
– Breeders, Hatchery Practices, and Chick Quality - Abstracts should be no more than 300 words.
- The complete name/s, and academic degree/s of each author, followed by the name/s, affiliation/s, and complete address/es should be included.
- In the case of multiple affiliations, use numerical superscript to designate the affiliation(s) of the authors.
- The Presenting Author, together with e-mail address and contact number, should be identified on
- The Abstract should be compiles in the following order:
– Introduction
– Objectives
– Experimental Design and Methodology
– Results
– Conclusion - Each abstract should have 5 to 7 keywords in alphabetical order.
- All symbols in the text must be inserted through the insert symbol menu and not through the Symbol font.
- Each registered author may submit a maximum of 3 abstracts.
CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE
All Abstracts will be reviewed and evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Authors while submitting will be asked to express their preference for Oral or Poster presentation. The committee reserves the right to determine whether a submission will be accepted as an Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation. The Scientific Committee will make the final decision.
If an Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation is accepted for presentation, the first author must undertake to present it. The presenter must be a registered delegate at the 3rd WVPA Africa and Middle East Meeting-İstanbul 2026 and must pay all the applicable fees.
Submitted abstracts should not have been published in any other journals and/or online publications nor presented at any previous international congress. Abstracts previously presented at meetings will not be accepted unless there is a substantial update of data.
All accepted abstract presenters must complete their registration and payment by 1 August 2026. Failure to do so will result in the accepted abstract being withdrawn from 3rd WVPA Africa and Middle East Meeting-İstanbul, 2026.
